Shipping Policy
Order Cut-off TimesOrders placed before 12:00 PM will be processed the same day. Orders after 12:00 PM will be processed the next working day. Orders on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery TimeOrders will be delivered within 2-7 days.
DamagesIf a product is damaged during transit, Lazara will provide a free replacement. You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged product.
Shipping ChargesIf shipping is from Karachi to outside the city, a 200 PKR advance delivery charge is required for orders above 6000 PKR.
Return Policy
Exchange PolicyIf you'd like to exchange your bag, you're responsible for one-way shipping costs. Exchanges are only allowed if the item received is defective or incorrect, and must be unused and undamaged.
Return PolicyAll orders are final and non-refundable. Exchanges are allowed only for incorrect items, subject to availability. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item; claims after this period will not be accepted.

Parcel IssuesIf there's an issue with your parcel, send it back to us and share the tracking number. Once we receive the parcel, your payment will be transferred to your provided account.
